Terms & Conditions
By accepting the following terms and conditions you have acknowledged that you will:
Undertake the training in a responsible manner ensuring that you read and understand the course material, including material the client is directed;
The student warrants that the information which it provides to ohmylashandbrow, whether directly or indirectly, or through the website, or which is otherwise displayed on the website is provided in good faith and is true and correct to the best of its knowledge, information and belief. That is, that the student is declaring that all information it provides is true and correct.
All content is copyright © ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to: all text, images, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations and any course related files. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent. All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of the company and/or individual.
ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any training, service or promotion. We reserve the right to refuse participants for any reason. Purchasing training course allows one person to access the training course. Courses are not transferable. By accepting enrollment terms and conditions, you are warranting that you are the person completing the course.
No warranties or guarantees are made in any of the material. By using any of the material provided you accept all liability for your actions. Except for the express representations and warranties stated in this agreement, ohmylashandbrow Permanent Makeup Institute makes no warranties whatsoever. ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute explicitly disclaims any other warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose or compliance with laws or government rules or regulations applicable to the product or services.
Fees & Terms of Payment
In consideration of the services to be provided by ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute, the client shall pay to ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute fees and expenses in the amounts and according to the payment schedule, and all applicable sales, use or value added taxes, even if calculated or assessed subsequent to the payment schedule. Terms of payment will be included in the schedule or invoice. Course deposits are non – refundable. Refunds on full course payments (less deposits) may be granted 15 days prior course commencement. Refund request must be in writing and written by the client. No refund will be granted within 15 days prior to commencement, upon commencement or after course completion.
We understand that last minute emergencies pop up, however, If you arrive within 15 minutes late of your appointment time or your course, we will be unable to extend your appointment or the course.
We do not refund a deposit that students paid in advance if the student provides a late notice of absence or cancelation without any notices (less than 3 days) from the class start time.
The client shall not, at any time during or following the class, without the prior written consent of ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute, publish, whether in writing or by means of electronic media, any information regarding ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute.
The products and services of ohmylashandbrow Permanent Makeup Institute Training are sold “as is”. In all circumstances, in no event shall ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the products or materials or services provided by ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute, even if ohmylashandbrow K-beauty Institute has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
You accept that, as a limited liability entity, ohmylashandbrow Institute has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against ohmylashandbrow Institute, ohmylashandbrow Institute Training’s officers or ohmylashandbrow Institute employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website or training.
All students enrolling are required to acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions prior to class start.
ORDER / RETURN / REFUND / SHIPPING
The Return policy applies to any new and/or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to us, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, email us with your order information such as order number and your name and email address.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 3-5 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. If your original order was placed using Currency Converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

We currently only ship to the Canada and US. Please email us if you are in another country.
